Why is it taking so long for my tee / sweatshirt / tote to be shipped?
Since most of our screen printed items are made to order, they need a bit more time to be ready to ship than our other products do. Please see our shipping policy for more detailed information.
What is the difference between Ready to Ship tees and Made to Order tees?
Made to Order tees are blank tees that are only printed once an order is placed. This lets us offer as much customization as possible without having to stock hundreds of tees. Ready to Ship tees are already printed, so processing time is much shorter, but inventory is very limited. Please see our shipping policy for more detailed information.
What shirts do you print on?
All Rooted tees are printed on Bella + Canvas tees--the softest, most comfortable, highest quality tees on the market. Our tees are a triblend of polyester, combed and ring-spun cotton, and rayon (50/25/25 %), meaning they won't shrink, and they'll stay super soft even after hundreds of washes.

What printing method do you use?
A small, local printshop professionally screen prints all of our tees and totes using industrial grade equipment, ink, and methods.
How should I care for my Rooted tee?
Your tee should last through MANY washes, but just for good measure, we recommend washing it inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low to increase longevity.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are located in Clinton, MS. Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 2-4 business days. Most orders are received within 5-10 business days of ordering. Please see our shipping policy for more detailed information. Please note that due to COVID-19 or other extenuating circumstances, shipping times may be impacted.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship our orders via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
What is local delivery?
Local delivery is a free shipping option for our local customers. When entering your shipping address, this option will only appear if your address falls within the zip codes we service. When your order is ready to ship, we will deliver it directly to your home and notify you via text and email. Currently, this is only available for Clinton, MS customers.
What is local pick up?
Similar to local delivery, local pick up is a free shipping option for our local customers. This is a great option if you don't live in Clinton but are close enough to meet there. You will receive detailed instructions on how to receive your order once it is ready to be picked up.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We now offer shipping internationally to most countries. We're still getting the hang of things when it comes to these shipping rates, so please feel free to contact us if the shipping cost of your order doesn't look quite right. We're still learning how to make these rates as accurate and fair as possible :)

What if I've made a purchase from Rooted before? Can I get points for those purchases?
Absolutely! In order to claim points from previous purchases, you must use the same email as before. If you are unsure about which email you've used in the past, reach out to us, and we'll let you know :)
My Rooted Rewards code isn't working at check out. Is something wrong?
If you are trying to apply your Rooted Rewards coupon code on top of a sale we're running, you will run into this problem. Unfortunately, our website does not allow multiple discounts to apply at the same time, so if we're having a sale where a percentage is deducted at checkout, you will not be able to also use your rewards. We try to get creative with our sales to allow you to save as much as possible, but sometimes there's no getting around it.
