If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may either return or exchange a portion of or the entire order. Let's talk details:
1. Choose between a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
2. Items should be returned in clean, unworn, and unused condition. If you believe your purchase is flawed or was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately.
3. All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 10 days of delivery.
4. We'll cover the return shipping, but if you opt for an exchange, you'll need to pay for shipping the new item(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or print orders. Print orders are tees, totes, or other such products that are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we only issue refunds in the event that (1) the product arrives damaged or (2) the product is not as described. If you decide you would like to cancel your order before these items have been printed, we can work out a full or partial refund or exchange.
We are not responsible for sizing issues. If you order the wrong size, and your purchase doesn't fit you, there is nothing we can do (see previous note about print orders). We have created sizing charts for all our apparel in order to help avoid this problem, so please use them :)
